Unity Online Store FAQs



1. How do I place an order? 
If this is your first time buying something from Unity’s online store, please place the desired items in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
 
Please register with us by providing a log-in ID and choosing a password. When you register, your address information is stored so you won't need to key it again the next time you shop with us.
 
If for some reason you are unable to complete your order online, if you have additional questions, or if you would like more information about a product, our Customer Care department will be happy to assist you by telephone
at 1-800-248-6489.

2. How do I contact your customer service department?

3. What payment options may I use?
Unity accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards. When you check out, you'll be prompted to enter your credit card number and the expiration date.
 
4. Is it safe to use my credit card?
We make every effort to make your transaction as safe and secure as possible. The security of your account information is important to us, and you will never pay for unauthorized charges. We use Authorize.net to handle our credit card processing. This ensures the utmost safety and privacy for our customers.
 
5. What is the return and/or refund policy for Unity?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in the condition you received it, for any reason, for a full refund (including the shipping cost if the return is due to our error.) Please include your packing slip with all returned items.
 
CDs and cassettes should be returned in their original cases with any seals or wrapping intact.
 
If possible, return the item in the box or envelope in which it was shipped along with the packing slip, and mark out your own name and address on the mailing label. If you do not have the original packaging, return the product to: Unity's Online Store, 1901 NW Blue Parkway, Unity Village, MO 64065-0001.
 
6. How do I cancel a magazine subscription?
To cancel a subscription to Unity’s Daily Word®magazine and/or Unity Magazine®simply call, e-mail or write to us. A refund can be issued for the unused balance of your payment at your request. You must specifically ask for a refund, as one will not be processed automatically.

If you e-mail or write, mention the magazine title and provide the account number that appears on the mailing label. Although we'll handle your request as soon as possible, you may receive one or two copies that were already prepared for mailing. Please feel free to discard these or share them with others.
 
6. Can you issue a refund for a product I purchased somewhere else?
Unity can only process returns and refunds for items purchased directly from our online store. We cannot give refunds for items purchased from third-party vendors such as local and online booksellers, wholesale distributors or Unity centers. If you need additional information about any product before ordering, please call or e-mail us.
 
7. I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click here and follow the instructions. Your password will be e-mailed to you.
 
8. Can I order Spanish products from Unity's online store?
To order Spanish products, please call Unity’s Customer Care Department at 1-800-248-6489. If you prefer a Spanish-speaking representative, please call 1-888-498-1500.
 
9. Can I get express shipping for my product?
Unity does not offer express shipping for products ordered from our online store. You can request special delivery by calling our Customer Service Department at 1-800-248-6489.
 
10. Can I change my order after I have submitted it online?
To change an order after it has been placed online, you will need to contact Unity’s Customer Care Department by calling 1-800-248-6489.
 
11. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of items ordered from Unity.
 
12. Can I order Unity Worldwide Ministries products?
Yes, you can order from Unity Worldwide Ministries online store at www.unityworldwideministries.org/our-products.
