If you are a church or center, please register to see the appropriate wholesale prices on products. Follow the easy steps below to register.

  1. Click My Account at the top of the store home page.
  2. Designate a username, password and other information requested. (You will need to enter both a first and last name for your account.)
  3. Next, e-mail Sales at sales@unityonline.org. Let us know your account is established online, and provide us with the exact name of your center and/or the first and last name on your account.
  4. Sales will then designate your account as “wholesale.”
  5. Sales will reply to your e-mail once your account is ready. Once you receive this e-mail, you can then log in to your account and see the wholesale prices.

1. How do I order?
It's easy to order from Unity's Online Store. If this is your first time buying something, you'll want to place items in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout using our order form. You'll be given the option of registering by providing a login ID and choosing a password. When you register we will store your address information so you won't need to key it again next time you shop with us. If for some reason you are unable to complete your order online, if you have questions not answered in this FAQ, or if you would like more information about a product, our Customer Service representatives will be happy to assist you by telephone. (see Question 4)

2. How can I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. When you check out, you'll be prompted to enter your credit card number and the expiration date.

3. Is it safe to use my credit card?
We make every effort to make your transaction as safe and secure as possible. The security of your account information is important to us, and you will never pay for unauthorized charges. We are using Verisign services to handle our credit card processing. This provides a mechanism to ensure the utmost safety and privacy.

4. How can I contact Customer Service?
To ask a question, share a comment, or inquire about the status of your order, you may call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-248-6489 (that's 1-800-24UNITY). We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (CST). You may also e-mail us at
unitycustomerservice@unityworldhq.org.

5. What is your return and/or refund policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in the condition you received it, for any reason, for a full refund (including the shipping cost if the return is due to our error.) CDs and cassettes should be returned in their original cases with any seals or wrapping intact. If possible, return the item in the box or envelope in which it was shipped, and mark out your own name and address on the mailing label. If you do not have the original packaging, return to this address: Unity's Online Store, 1901 NW Blue Parkway, Unity Village, MO 64065-0001.

For magazine subscriptions (Daily WordTM and Unity MagazineTM):

If you cancel your subscription, we'll refund the unused balance of your payment at your request. (You must specifically ask for the refund, as one will not be processed automatically.)

To cancel, simply call us, or send an e-mail, (see Question 4), or write to us at the address above. If you e-mail or write, mention the magazine title and provide the account number (
What is my account number?) that appears on the mailing label. Although we'll handle your request as soon as possible, you may receive one or two copies that were already prepared for mailing. Please feel free to discard these or share them with someone else.

We want you to enjoy your subscription, so we'll be glad to send a free sample copy for you to review before you order. Just click on a title to request your free sample of Daily WordTM or Unity MagazineTM.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from Unity's Online Store. We cannot give refunds for items purchased from third-party vendors, such as local and online booksellers, wholesale distributors, and Unity centers.

6. I forgot my password. What should I do?

7. Can I order Spanish products from Unity's Online Store?
Yes, but right now our English and Spanish stores are completely separate. You'll need to complete any purchases you make in the English store before visiting the Spanish store, and vice versa. Otherwise, your shopping cart will be emptied.

8. What if I want express shipping?
As you may have noticed, we don't offer express shipping options at Unity's Online Store at this time. But you can still request special delivery by calling our Customer Service Department (see Question 4).

9. How can I cancel a magazine subscription?
